Ultimate Meringue Ingredients:
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
How To Make Ultimate Meringue
Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a clean metal or glass bowl, beat the egg whites on medium speed until foamy.
Gradually add the sugar, vanilla extract, and salt while continuing to beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 4 individual servings.
Bake for 90 minutes, or until the meringues are crisp and dry. Allow them to cool completely on the baking sheet.
Serve the ultimate meringues with your favorite fruits or whipped cream.
