Take a idly making vessel and we have to boil small gooseberry’s in idly plates for 20 minutes.
Take a pan don’t add oil, add 4 teaspoon mustard seeds and saute for few minutes, now empty the pan and add Venthayam (Fenugreek Seeds) 1 teaspoon and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
Now take a pan add 1 teaspoon oil, after oil get heated add 30 Red chillies now saute well and again empty the pan. Let all the sauted ingredients be cool for few minutes. After these 3 ingredients cooled add into mixie jar and make a nice powder.
Add 200ml oil in a pan, after the oil heated add 3 teaspoons of Mustard seeds. After the seeds bursts turn of the flame. Now add required salt, then add mustard seeds oil in boiled small gooseberry’s, then add turmeric powder, perungayam powder, thani chilli powder, then add the grinded powder.
