Chicken Kola Urundai Recipe


  • Chicken – 250 gm (Bonless)
  • Ginger Garlic
  • Cocount – 1 Piece
  • Poppy Seeds – 10 gm
  • Gram – 30 gm
  • Onion - 1
  • Green chilli – 1
  • Turmeric Powder – ½ Teaspoon
  • Saunf – ½ Teaspoon
  • Red chilli Powder – ½ Teaspoon
  • Garam Masala – ½ Teaspoon
  • Egg – 1
  • Coriander Leaves



  • Take Mixer jar grind the chicken. Transfer to the bowl.
  • Take a jar add ginger, garlic, coconut, poppy seeds, Saunf, gram, green chilli and with very little water and grind it till blends well.
  • Transfer the ground mixture into a bowl and add Chicken.
  • Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, onion and mix well.
  • After 20 minutes. Take an egg white in a bowl.
  • Now pinch a small portion of the mixture roll it into ball/ roll with your palms. Repeat the process till all the chicken keema mixture is over.
  • Dip the balls into the egg white.
  • Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying. Drop 5 to 6 balls at a time and deep fry them in medium flame till it reaches golden brown colour.
  • Chicken Kola Urundai is ready. Serve it hot
