Take a Kadai, Add oil, when oil heated add Fennel Seeds, Garlic, Ginger, Curry leaves, Small onions and saute well for 2 to 3 minutes. Add little salt, Channa Dal and saute well.
After a few minutes add grated beet root, grated or chopped coconut and saute for 2 minutes.
Take a mixie and grind the roasted mixture.
Now transfer the grinder mixture in a bowl add coriander leaves.
Grind 2 Tablespoon Roasted Bengal Gram as fine powder and keep it separately.
Add Bengal gram powder into the beetroot mixture, check salt at this stage, add water as required and mix well.
Take a Frying pan add oil heat well, Now make small balls of beetroot mixture and fry in the oil for few minutes.
